I want to make a screensaver using Windows XP Movie Maker

Gurus,

I have Dads of my favorite home movies. I want to make a screensaver of my
favorite scene in one of them, and just have that scene repeat over and over
as my screensaver. I heard Windows XP Movie Maker has some basic
video-editing capabilities. Is this possible to do with Windows XP Movie
Maker?
