I want to lock the printing preferences in a shared workbook

I can lock cells and views but don't know how to lock the print to be only
one page wide.
 
If you mean squeeze the print
File, page setup, Print (tab), [x] Fit to ___ pages wide by __ tall
set the pages wide to 1

If you want to restrict the print area
File, Print Area, A1:E54
