I want to load 'LifeCam 1.4 ' webcam software

I want to load 'LifeCam 1.4 ' webcam software, but Vista does not want to
read the CD drive. I can't even see it in Explorer.

What am I doing wrong?

Could just as well be a defective CD or drive. Can you read the CD on
another computer?
