I want to load a .ttf file

I want to know can I load a .ttf file at the loading screen of my website for
a specific font to be displayed throughout my site? I know you can specify a
font and if the person browsing doesn't have that font it will use their
default. I don't want this. I want to always use my custom font which I know
the will not have. Hope I'm explaining this right.

After doing some reading in these groups I think I was able to answer my own
question....thanx

There is no way to force people to use your font. WEFT and
other similiar products require the clien to accept it.
WEFT only works with IE also. Best thing to do is to place
all that fancy stuff into a graphic
