I want to know who is accessing my database

I have a database that 10 other people have access to make changes. I would
like to be able to open under my signin and be able to tell who else is
accessing the database. Since I cant make changes to the forms or other
structures while someone else is logged in, I need to be able to make sure
that it does not get opened.

Either a form, or some commands that I can type in somewhere that will show
me who is signed in but doesn't necessarily show any others.

An easier way to accomplish what you want, which I gather is to be able to
boot people off so you can make your updates, is to split the db into a
front-end and back-end. See these sites for further explanation:
