It appears that you're making the fairly common mistake of assuming
that "microsoft.public.access" is a general topic chat room. It isn't;
it's a technical support newsgroup for the database program Microsoft
Access.
I'd guess that your name might refer to your height (which might be
small *or* large, the latter being applied ironically). We won't go
into the other possibilities here... <g>
