I want to email presentation

I saved my power point presentation. I tried to email it and the toolbars
came up instead of slide show format
 
You can save it as a .pps instead.
Click File > Save As.
Under save as type, select powerpoint show (.pps).

Alternately,
rename extension .ppt to .pps.
Is that what you want?
