i want to download java script

in order to play games on yahoo games, i've been
instructed to search the microsoft updates and look for
any downloads for microsoft virtual machine and java
script. i couldn't find anything in the updates pages
that mentioned anything about either java or virtual
machine. does anybody know any direct downloads pages so
i can play yhese yahoo games on my windows xp machine.

JAVAscript and JAVA are two completely different critters.

JAVA (virtual machine) is the one that's apparently missing. The standard
implementation is at http://java.sun.com/getjava
