I want to do Autosum by pressing "Alt=", instead I get 3/4. Why?

Also, I want the enter a simple formul: =E9/12. Instead, Excel gave me: =E9é12

check/adjust your keyboard layout (how the keys are distributed)
from windows / control panel / regional settings / (tab) language / (button) details...
(look installed services for input devices -keyboard-)
