my office haven't a server and i use another server
this sever keep ever form me
i want to create a new table in this server using SQL Server
but i don't know how do it?

Do you want to do it through code (VB.NET/C#/ADO.NET) or just manually
create it? you can install client tools on your machine and do it through
enterprise manager. otherwise you can do something like this...
