In Word 2003 there is a link to a web-based translation service
(http://www.worldlingo.com), and there are other services on the web
such as http://babelfish.altavista.com. Most of them don't offer
translation to Vietnamese. Use Google to find one that does.
If the instructions are critical to job performance, or if they have
legal or financial consequences, don't even think of using machine
translation -- it sucks big time. Get a human translator.
