I want to convert a picture from our web page to a clip art?

I want to take a picture off our company web page, a map, and convert it to
clip art so that I can edit the picture. How do I do that?
 
Easiest: Right-click on the picture and choose Copy; open PowerPoint and
choose Paste from the Edit menu.

Better: Right-click on the picture and choose Save Picture As; open
PowerPoint and choose Insert>Picture>From File.

Best: Right-click on the picture and choose Save Picture As; open it in
some picture editing software (such as Adobe Photoshop); make your edits;
resave it; open PowerPoint and choose Insert>Picture>From File.
