Even considering that the question is in the subject, it is very cryptic.
Using a few words to describe the problem might help. What version
of Excel numbers cells with a single digit.
What do you not like about the comment listing from
File, Page Setup, Sheets, Print comments (dropdown)
If you want that listing with more information on it, you would
have to make up your own list with a macro (or addin). Some
