Software to monitor what sites my children have been the internet. What
websites and chat rooms they have been in.

This is a newsgroup that covers answers for Microsoft Access, the database
program.

If you look at History or Temporary Internet files this will tell you. If
they are computer Internet savvy, then they may know to delete these files
before you can look at them. Search the interent for CyberCop or do a
general search for Internet monitoring.

There are several such programs - but you won't find them on a
technical support newsgroup for database design in the Office program
Microsoft Access!

NetNanny is probably the league leader in this area; but you may want
to post a question in an Internet Explorer newsgroup or go a Google
search.

And... no technical solution is going to be anywhere near as good as
open and honest communication with the kids. Not that you shouldn't
get it, but do be honest with the kids that you're using it and why.
