I want my main document only to open when CD is inserted.

I've created a 300 page evaluation for a school using Word. Also included are
many documents that are hyperlinked to the main evaluation. I will transfer
this document and the folders containing hyperlinked documents to a CD (which
will be distributed to those evaluating the school). When the CD is opened, I
would like just the main document to open...not the Word program where you
would have to click on the main document to open it. What do I do to make
this happen?
