I want my e-mail to arrive in a mailbox in a different color

Does anyone know how I can send an e-mail so that it displays in a different
color in an end users mailbox? I don't want to use the flag function to do
this. Rather, I want to send an e-mail so that it arrives in a mailbox in
blue or green.

You can't control this; it's up to the user's mail client.
