Mickey Mouse

Running XP home (new installation) and a new Video Card (Nvidia Gforce
6800). My problem is that when I open Internet explorer the GUI doesn't
open centered on the screen. I appears to be locked in position. It is
maximised, just way off centre. I can't drag/reposition it, it stays where
it is. I don't know if it's a setting somewhere in Windows or my Video card.
Only seem to have this trouble with Internet explorer only as Windows
Explorer and other windows are dragable. Is there a Windiows XP home setting
for this?

In the taskbar right click and click restore. Does that get it back on the
screen for the time being? If so then take a gander, humor me, and make it
smaller by clicking restore a second time. Now if you can resize it and make
it big and have only that window open it should remember that setting. (New
windows need to be resized only once and then closed last to remember that
setting normally.) Take a peek at the shortcut that you're using to open it.
Is it set to open it in any sort of specific way?
