I use Windows ME w/ Frontpage2000. I would like to use FP 2003. .

I don't want to upgrade with Windows Prof. Is there a patch I can install so
that I can go from Frontpage 2000 to FP 2003?
 
No. FP 2003 requires WinXP or Win2K SP3+.

Sure. It's called Windows XP.

Note: Windows ME is a 5-year-old Operating System for home users.
