I use O. E. 6.0 and need an automatic reply when unable to reply

I use Outlook Express 6.0 and need an automatic
"I will be away and will reply upon my return" message. How do I set this
up ?

Use a rule. However, your pc must be on 24/7, your internet connection on
24/7, and OE running 24/7. You will also have to incorporate in your rule
replies only to your addressbook. Alsao you cannot set up a "once-only" rule
as in Outlook (AFAIK), so anyone who sends you more than one message will
get more than one "out of office". A far better solution is to see if your
ISP runs a vacation message service on their server.
