Can't find Front Page in my Office Pro 2003 disk. Thought it came with it.

No, FP has never come with Office, except in some 'premium' editions.

For MS Office Small Business, Student/Teacher, Standard or Professional
editions FP is not included and never has been Since Office 95 or the
earliest known equivalent.

Actually, FrontPage came with some versions of Office 2000 and 2002 (XP).
It was eliminated as an option with the Office 2003 versions.
