I think I have missing .dll files.

When I try to run certain programs on my computer, the program kinda runs,
but it doesn't show the graphics for it. I guess a better way to describe it
is: It shows that the program is open on the task bar, but it doesn't show
the actual program. I think I have missing .dll files, could someone help me?

Have you tried reinstalling the certain programs? You might find it
helpful to remove them, first.
