I suspect a new Hoax virus

I received file "Pack935.exe" today. It was supposed to
come from Microsoft, complete with copies of Microsoft
webpages.

I suspect that this is also a virus.

The message reads as follows:

Microsoft Client

this is the latest version of security update,
the "September 2003, Cumulative Patch" update which
resolves all known security vulnerabilities affecting MS
Internet Explorer, MS Outlook and MS Outlook Express.
Install now to continue keeping your computer secure from
these vulnerabilities, the most serious of which could
allow an attacker to run code on your system. This update
includes the functionality of all previously released
patches.
