i send 1 mail and the receiver receives 50

Hello,

I write because i´ve received many complaints of my customers a cause of
mails that they receive. The reason is that each mail sent, each receiver
gets 50 mails (50 copies of same mail).

I´m very upset of troubles of my customers.

So, what can i do in order to solve this big problem?

How many recipients are you mailing to?
Are they all on the To line or the CC line?
Are you including an attachment?
What version of Outlook?
What type of mail account (exchange, pop, imap)?
Can you reproduce the problem by mailing 3 addresses that you can control
(like, say, a gmail, hotmail and yahoo address)?
