I seem to have multiple Event Errors with WinMgmt

Nothing that stops my comptuer from running but looking
in the Event Viewer and seeing multiple Error msgs that
deal with WinMgmt is rather disturbing. All the errors
seem to occure after I open Internet Explorer, looking at
the logs the errors read the Event ID as 24 with the
description being: "Event provider attempted to register
query "SELECT * FROM IANet_InternalErrorEvent" whose
target class "IANet_InternalErrorEvent" does not exit.
The query will be ignored. It also varies with the
following "Event provider attempted to register
query "SELECT * FROM IANet_802dot3VlanEvent" whose target
class "IANet_802dot3VlanEvent" does not exist. The query
will be ignored.

I don't know what is going on really, I would like to
know how to fix this error if it is something I really
need to worry about. *Because there are 7 of these errors
in a row in the Event viewer Application section, and
they seem to keep on recurring each time I spend any time
the interenet - but I apparently don't have any issues
with Windows XP running normally because of these errors.
