I restored 2003 outlook to factory setting and cant import emails

I have been an idiot, I was having a few bugs in outlook and restored to
factory settings and now it has opened with no settings, emails or contacts
and I did not back up....AHHH!

Can anyone please help me, can I find a way to import all my previous data
as I cant find it anywhere on my computer and I feel that I may have lost
everything!

Help!

u can get the backup .pst file from your C drive windows folder under
C:\...\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

abt the settings u can make it again...
 
1. Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder Options | tab View: Set 'Show
hidden files and folders'.
2. Search for *.PST files; then note the location of your PST file.
3. Open the file with Outlook (File | Open | Outlook Data File).

Avoid using the Import function for PST files; you will most likely lose
some data.
