I request a delivery confirmation but never receive it?

When I request a delivery confirmation for outgoing email, I never receive
it. I've tried sending myself test emails. I get the email but not the
confirmation. Any suggestions?
 
I'm not changing the username. When I send emails to clients and request a
delivery confirmation, I do not receive one.

It appeears that first time you posted, you used "ccampagna" as the
username. When you replied to Mike's request for your Outlook version, you
used "2003" as the username. So it seems that you did.

Perhaps your recipients have disabled that option on their end. I have.
Whether I receive or read my mail is my business.
 
Be advised, with 2003, the distribution list is set to no delivery receipts
by default. You have to turn this on, on the actual distribution list.
