I receive the same message in two different folders. how do i corr

whenever i receive a message it appears in two different folders as an
example, i will receive it in my in box and also in a folder that is
specific to that particular sender.

any help would be appreciated

Make sure the rule which moves it contains the "stop processing more rules"
action.
