I print e-mails, sometimes it is landscape, sometimes portrait. .

I have problems printing e-mails. Sometimes they come out landscape,
sometimes portrait - HELP

My crystal ball is busted, sorry...please provide more info.

Version/mode/SP level of Outlook?
Workstation OS version & SP?
Make/model of printer?
Updated printer drivers?
Using file | print or the print button?

If using Outlook Express 6, choose Print from the File
menu, then click on the Preferences button and check
Portrait or Landscape.

If using MS Office Outlook 2003, choose Print from the File
menu, click on the Properties button, and click on the
Layout tab. Check Portrait or Landscape.

Please explain your environment in future posts.
