I need to type text that is red with a white border and some text that is
white with a red border. I can't figure out how to edit the regular text to
do this, and I also can't figure out how to change the font size to 6 or 7
using WordArt (it only goes as low as 8). Any suggestions would be fantastic.
Thanks.

Hi S.,

You can White with a Red (or other color) border in
Word by using Format=>Font and after selecting 'red' as
your font color, choose the 'Outline' choice.

In WordArt, the sizing isn't accurate (i.e. 12 point Wordart
in Times New Roman won't be the same size as 12 point typed
text in Times New Roman), but you can use the sizing handles
on Wordart to resize, and having text in the same font and
desired size next to the inserted Wordart can help you with
the drag/sizing.

In either case, using outline font/coloring as a size as small
as 6 or 7 points will probably not be clear as outline with
a different color center.

Hi S.,

Generally, true, it can just make it less initial work
if you start with a given size and too much stretching or
pushing can tend to make things a bit fuzzy.

========So, it doesn't matter what font size I use in WordArt so long as I resize it? <<
