I NEED TO TURN OFF WINDOWS XP ISC HELP!!!!!

I AM TRYING TO INSTALL A WIRELESS BASE STATION I GET TO A
POINT THAT TELLS ME THAT WINDOWS ISC IS INTERFEERING WITH
THE PROGRAMMING OF THE BASE STATION AND TO TURN IT OFF.
HOW DO I DO THIS??????

Somehow, I don't think that error message said anything about ISC.
(Neither "Intuit Service Center" nor Windows "Installable System
Components" seem particularly relevant to the type of problem you're
having.) You do perhaps mean "ICS (Internet Connection Sharing)?"
