Thank you for the help. Unfortunately I'm not extremely familar with
Group Policy. I ran the GPEdit.msc but I can't seem to find Internet
Explorer. COuld you please explain a little more about how to change
this.

Its a bit complicated. Usually gpedit is used by system administrators to
maintian security policies over a network, and the options that you have
available in gpedit depends on your windows version and the Administative
Templates that you have installed on the machine.

news://microsoft.public.windows.group_policy
I think the registry key to switch the button on/off on the Internet Options
dialog is
HKLM or HKCU... "Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control
Panel"
Value = "Cache" dword.
