I need to put things in my journal for my colleagues to be able to view
instantly.
For example, when someone calls to speak to Joe*, and he is on the phone, I
would like to be able to record that he needs to call someone back and he can
view the phone number.

I have tried 'sharing my journal' and I can't seem to find what I mean. If
it helps, we have an exchange server, it has 5 different users and each of
their own computers.. so if you could fill me in on this, i would be so
greatful.
 
Sounds like you're asking about Outlook. This newsgroup is for Access, a
relational database program. If you are on the Newsgroup page at the
Microsoft web site you can locate an Outlook newsgroup in the list on the
left side of the screen.
