I need to have a chart with 3 different parameters?

In PowerPoint i need to make a slide with different parametres Like: Year,
Sales, Country & Gross Profit.
The Country will come in the Y Axis & the Amount in the X Axis.
The Sales & Year will be in Bars while the Gross Profit will be like a
trendline custting across them.

I think what you're describing is a column chart (country along the X axis,
and sales amount on the Y axis) with Gross Profit represented by a line.
What is it you need help with? Setting up your data sheet, or creating a
combination column and line chart?
