I need to get new mails in HTML

I am using Yahoo as my ISP & my new emails are coming in in plain test rather
than HTML,is there a setting to allow me to convert my new email to HTML
please advise
 
Go to Tools > Options > Mail Format > Compose in this format > HTML. Click OK
to all dialog boxes then close and restart Outlook. Try sending a test.

Version of Outlook?
 
outlook 2003
I have in tools options mail format....HTML already checked
 
this helped..under preferences...email options I had read in plain text check
I have a hand held...& must have checked this

This has nothing to do with the problem, which has to do with receiving the
mail, not sending it. The settings you describe simply don't apply.

Click Tools>Options>E-mail Options. do you have the "Read all standard mail
in plain text" box checked?
