I need to find similar data in two columns of a table

Hello. I have a table in which there are two columns POINTS and TOTAL which
both contain numbers. I need to find a way to see in which records the
numbers in POINTS and TOTAL are the same. I can't seem to find a kind of
filter or criteria that will show me those records. If someone can help me
please explain it step by step because I am very new in Access.
Thank you all in advance.

Hi Jimmy

OK maybe this is what you need to try. (I am still fiarly
new to this LOL)

Create a Query from the Table you have made. Use Wizard
(its easier) and select the fields you need (POINTS and
TOTAL) follow the wizard instructions etc.

When the query has been created, open it in design view,
then in the CRITERIA AREA - enter the value you require.
means greater than
< means lower than
= means equals to etc etc

put these in BOTH POINTS and TOTAL criteria areas.

Try it and let me know

Thanks
