I need to create a DYNAMIC list of values based on other cell cont

I am trying to create a Data Entry worksheet for entry of values based on
content inside other list of values cells. I need to make this a Super Type
and then a Subtype entry. How do I set up the formula? The only way I know
how to create a list of values in a drop down is by using the Validation
option from the Tools drop down.

This is in Excel 2000.
