i need to be asked which account to use when sending

Hi
i have setup multible accounts and have setup the default account, but i
need to get asked which account to use when i click send cause i forget to
set the right account sometimes. is this feature avilable or i need to
program something for it

No, not possible. It might be possible programmatically. Check with the
developers in the developers newsgroup of Outlook or see

do you know before you begin to compose the mail which account you want to
use? If so, you can create a custom form with the account selected. This is
only necessary on new mail - replies and forwards use the account they
arrived on.
