I NEED THIS formula (COUNTIF ($D$62:$D$97,"=X") FOR THE NEXT COLUMN
($E$62:$E$97,"=X" how DO I COPY THE FORMULA INTO THE NEXT COLUMN AND SEE THAT
THE FORMAULA WILL UP-DATE TO THE COLUMN LETTER A, B, C, D, E, ... WITHOUT
EDITING EACH AND EVERYONE IN THE COLUMNS.

If I understand you correctly, just remove the $ sign before the letter only.
=COUNTIF(D$62:D$97,"=X")
