I need the url for encarta dictionary for my works cited page

On a given page, try right-clicking and choosing Properties. There'll be a
file path. Drag to make sure that you have it all (it may not all be
displayed), then Ctrl+C to copy.
 
Or you can right click the address bar to select the address and choose copy
 
I was assuming (for whatever reason) that the dictionary was not showing an
address bar (as sometimes happens with PDFs opened in Adobe Reader); it may
just be that the user is not displaying the address bar.

If you randomly right click on a web page, the address you get may not be
the one you want. This is particularly true for an aspx page.

True, but it is often the only way to get a true URL for a specific frame on
a frames page (where the URL in the address bar doesn't change even though
the displayed content does).
 
I said that backwards; I should have said to click in a blank space.
