Our non-profit has lost our email mailing list and many of the entries are
people I email from Outlook (Windows XP 2003). When i send an email and
start to type an address, I see a dropdown list of possible addresses. When
i go to the address book, i don't see them. They must be stored somewhere
and i need to access the full list so i can edit it and transfer it to our
other list. Can you help me either download it or get the whole list
printed?
Thank you,
Michelle

Those are cached entries saved in a .nk2 nickname file. They are not
saved in any contact-type folder inside of Outlook (of which only those
that are enabled to show up inside the Outlook Address Book container
will show up as a selection in the drop-down listbox of available
address books).

Nirsoft has their their NK2 View utility to let you look at the entries
stored inside the nickname file. It also lets you export those entries.
