I need my assistant to be able to make changes to my calendar

outlook help

I am sharing my calendar with my assistant but she can only view it. What do
I need to do for her to be able to make changes to my calendar?
 
Increase her permissions. Go to the Delegates Tab and set them there. Tools
| Options | Delegates tab.
