I need ledger size paper in page setup

I have a coworker who has Excel 2002, and she is not able to see or choose
"Ledger" size paper in the page setup screen. I also have 2002, and I am
able to. Does anyone know if you can download this option, or change
settings to show it?

That will probably depend on the type of printer you're using. Have you both
got the same printer set up?

We share a network printer.
We went into options and managed to customize our paper size. Even though
the problem isn't really with the actual printing, it's viewing it correctly
in the print preview screen.
