I need help with the following errors

Here they are:

The Group Policy client-side extension Security was passed
flags (17) and returned a failure status code of (3)

Security policy cannot be propagated. Cannot access the
template. Error code =3

Any help on identifying the problem as well as any fixes
would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for you help.

The primary network adapter does not have File and Printer
Sharing enabled.

Windows 2000 cannot read the group policies because there
is no active share.

Change the binding order of your network adapters so that
the adapter at the top of the connections list has File
and Printer Sharing bound to it:

click [Start]
Settings
Control Panel
Network and Dial-up Connections
Advanced menu
Advanced Settings

in the connections box;
select the network adapter with File and Printer Sharing
use the arrow buttons to move the adapter to the top

click [OK]
