I need help with my Document Template

On numerous occassions I have added commands to my toolbar, finished working
in my document, closing it and then later on in the day, reopening Word to
find that all the commands I customized were gone. I have t ried this
several times with no success. Spend 2 hours searching through Help -- No
Success. Could someone please help me.

Acrobat 7's add-in marks normal.dot as always saved, so that your changes
are not being saved in it. Complain bitterly to Adobe and see
http://www.gmayor.com/lose_that_adobe_acrobat_toolbar.htm for a work-around.
