I need help with burning a cd.

I don't have a burner but i'm trying to use Windows Media Player to burn it.
I have all of the tracks I want on the cd. I put the cd in and it won't burn.
It says "No Device detected". If anyone knows what is wrong please tell me.
 
I can't find "Devices with Removable storage" in My Computer either
 
How do you intend to burn when you say, "I don't have a burner".
I have a car without tires and I am trying to get across town and can't why
not...?
