I need help opening e-mail attachments

Blaina Nunley

My greeting card and some other e-mail attachments won't
open. Please tell me what I need to install. I also get a
memory can't be ready error, how do I correct this
problem.

You security settings are probably preventing you from opening attachments.
Click Tools, Options and then the Security tab. Uncheck the box "Do not
allow attachments to be saved or..........".
