cmd
I have a small issue here maybe others but this one is the one I wish to
deal with now. When I put a CD or DVD into my DVD-RAM Drive. (Yes it's a
writer too) I can explore the Disc Contents via Right Click And Explore.
However what I can not do is get AutoPlay to execute properly. For whatever
reason it keeps giving me Access Is Denied. I can even View Cd or DVD
Contents in Dos. I just recently installed windows from a progress in the
works Windows Unattended Install Cd. So it must be some option that somehow
got set. My question is: How do I get it to go back to normal? I can try the
Nero Autoplay/AutoRun Fix Utitlity Soon. And will let you know the results of
that.

Try Power Toy's Tweak UI from Microsoft:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
Install, run and under My Computer/Auto Play/Drives
you will find check boxes to enable/disable Autoplay.

If non of the above fix the problem,
then there is the 'Autoplay Repair Wizard'
"The Microsoft AutoPlay Repair Wizard scans your computer devices
to find defective AutoPlay settings, and attempts to fix those it finds."
