I need audio alert when cap locks is on

I would like an audio reminder whenever a upper case letter is typed

In the Windows Start menu, go to Control Panel > Accessibility Options.
Check the box for "Use ToggleKeys". It will beep once when you press the
Caps Lock key to turn it on, and again when you turn it off.
