I need a windows restore disk for my presario

How do I get a windows restore disk for my preasrio notebook? I have a
product key on the bottom of my notebook, but I must have lost the disk.

Can I create a restore disk with a utility...the computer is operating, but
there are some components that need to be re-installed

Unless your PC has a hidden partition containing the recovery/restore files
you would have to contact HP

Some computers have that option.
But that is something set up by the computer manufacturer and is not a
part of Windows.

Check your manual and/or contact the computer manufacturer for
details.
