I need a template for my supply inventory

I need to find a rather simple template for doing my inventory for my supply
room.
 
I have a very simple inventory workbook that you can have if you want so
that you can customize and add to to serve your purposes.

I need to know if I could use this inventory work book to track raw material
inventory expiration dates?
 
You may need to hire a professional to develop a project for you.
 
All I need is a formula that will highlight the cell in yellow two weeks
before it reaches the date of expiration and red on the date of expiration (
which I will manually enter ) i.e. Item - description - date of Manufacture -
qty - Expiration date
